Refund and Returns Policy

At Live Laugh Laugh, we take pride in offering high-quality products that bring joy and laughter to your day. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.


We offer refunds for damaged items or if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Items that have been used cannot be returned for a refund. Please note that as our mugs are printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges.

Initiation of Refunds

To initiate a refund, please send an email to hello@livelaughlaugh.com with your order details and reason for the refund. If the item is damaged, please include photos of the damage. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process

If your item is damaged, we will either refund or send a new one within two days, shipping included. If you are returning your item within 14 days and it has not been used, we will issue a refund once we receive the item. The refund will be processed within two weeks of receipt of the item. If the item has been used or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless it is damaged. Please ensure that your item is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service and keep your receipt as proof of shipping.

Final Sale Items

Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These items will be clearly marked on our website and in the checkout process.
